Installation of our solar system is now being done and the installer is asking for "an installer code for the registration" for the EG5 12000XP.  Can anyone tell me where to find it or who can you provide it for me ?

I believe it is best to contact the place where you purchased tha 12000xp. They should be able to provide the code. I bought my 6000xp from Signature Solar and the installer code for mine is "Signature" (without the quotes).

It depends on the distributor from whom you purchased your system. Each distributor has their own code. 

Who is your distributor?

You can use EG4LUX01 for now to get it set up.
