TIme is wrong (DST)

We are Currently working on fixing this bug! I apologize for the inconvenience!

I'm also interested in the DST issue as my time is also off.  What is a bit confusing is if I set this in the mobile app or through the desktop site?

I am posting this again because no other communication has been effective.

The Daylight Savings Time bug was identified (as can be seen in this post) 661 Days ago.

We are only 66 days until the 2026 DST ends (on Nov-01) - without resolution.

Fundamentally, an inverter should be able to tell time correctly.

Over the years, in these other postings, EG4 technical support has indicated Engineering is aware of the issue, with Technical support indicating that it will be addressed. But still no firmware update.

Separately, tickets have been opened over the years with TS as well.

I have included the admins below anticipating that someone can assist with a qualified update as to when this DST issue will be fully resolved? If the forum is the wrong place to identify and ask for followup then please advise and we will all use your preferred route.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the Daylight Savings Time feature.

The DST feature was designed to be manually switched on or off by the user; it was not designed to automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time or to function as an automated DST setting.

That being said, if anyone is experiencing an issue where the DST setting is reverting back to On or Off on its own after being manually changed, please let us know. We would be happy to work with you to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

We understand the concerns surrounding the behavior of the time settings and appreciate everyone who has brought these issues to our attention. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the intended operation of the DTS feature and appreciate your patience and feedback.
