Could someone please assist by suggesting the best settings to use when using the 6000xp with a pair of Vatrer 48v(51.2v) 100ah LiFePO4 batteries linked in parallel? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

You can set the inverter to Lead acid, which will charge and discharge the battery by voltage.
Do you know if the battery BMs has any protocols from the following list? If so, we can try to set the same protocol on the battery and the inverter for them to communicate with each other.
