When using Web Device Monitor - Monitor Center, In the past, this would display my 3 solar MPPT inputs. i.e. Vpv 1,2,3 and Ppv 1,2,3. This would show up in both the home page and Data page (PV Side). This had been working up until last week. Things that I have tried so far with no luck is - Under Maintenance, Restarted inverter, Re-initialized PV Settings under Advanced setting (#7: PV1&2&3 in), Physically restarted inverter, Restarted the web app by logging out and re-logging in.

I also discovered that the screen on my 18KPV shows that it does see all 3 PV inputs -

While the web app shows the first two PV inputs like this -

and this -

Again, the Web app used to display all 3 PV input data but now is missing it for PV#3.

Also note that the EG4 Monitor Phone App does not show any of this data like the Web app does. So can't say if it's affected.

What can I do to fix the web app?

What is the serial number or station name of your inverter?
I can look into this for you.

It looks like your inverter's firmware is up to date, BUT the LCD firmware is on 18/1/1. I recommend updating the LCD firmware to V23. If you'd like, I can do this for you remotely. It will take about an hour, but it will not affect any operations. It will only make the screen blank until it's finished updating.

Have you measured voltage on MPPT-3 with a Voltmeter or multimeter?

Yes - I had verified both the voltage and current for all 3 MPPT inputs and all are accepting power on there inputs. So the inverter is actually using the power and actively displaying it on it's LCD screen, but the solar for that input is not showing up any more on the web app when it had previously. The other 2 MPPT's are reporting properly on the web app. Also note that MPPT3 is reporting in my Home Assistant properly, so the problem is pointing to either the web app or it's lack of population through your web server.

Since I have not been able to find LCD firmware V23. I'll let you update my LCD screen remotely.

Also, can you point me to it's path since it does not appear to be in -
