I apologize for the delayed response. Were you able to confirm with a voltmeter or multimeter the voltage of the batteries when the warning was showing?

I am confusing posts and messages , i think… anyway, if you have not read the other message, i changed the inverter and all is well EXCEPT the disparity between the app showing one inverter and the online monitor showing multiple. I did changed the setting 21 to NO Par when i installed the new inverter and i did check again after i noticed the discrepancy. Why?

@ravasunpower So the inverter is no longer throwing a warning code 25 and shutting down?

Yesterday,  It was doing the “usual”: stopping with a warning 25 and then restarting a few

minutes later. Then i noticed that PV1 was only 10 volts while the other one was normal (rainy day too). I tested the panels at the disconnect switch and both stings were good. So the problem was in the inverter. Then the inverter fans stopped working and it started to smell like burning electronic… i did a full stop and reset and when i did, there was a flash coming from where the fans are. I disconnected all, removed the inverter and installed the new spare one. I kept the old dongle and I made sure setting 21 was on No parallel on the inverter.

HOWEVER, on the online monitor it shows multiple inverters and on the app, it shows one…

I never had the generator plugged to the inverter, just to my starlink router and fridge with power cords. I am not on the grid. I believe that in the tropical environment i live in, very close to the ocean, the 6000XP did not like it. When i disconnected, i open the top panel and there were condensation drops that were salty.

Is there a warranty on these… now i need to get another inverter as i am afraid this will happen again, sooner or later. Is there one that is more weather proof?

or will have to make a air conditioned box…
