@eg4eric yes, i disconnected both AC and solar from it for 10 minutes and it finally accepted the internet setup.

And it is a rainy day so not that much power. I also changed back to lead acid settings but it still does it.

Either the Grid or the Generator is fluctuating significantly in frequency, and it is outside the normal range.
