What firmware are the batteries running on?If you have not updated them to the latest firmware which is 3.40, I would advise for you to do that first.

@eric yes that stopped it from switching back and forth from gen to battery once charge voltage was reached, but still getting a brownout.

I believe F20 on the Sol-Ark is DC Overcurrent Fault.What protocols do you have set on the battery and also on the inverter?
