@crwsUnderstood! There was an issue with the Monitoring site reporting the wrong information. However, that only effected the RS485 firmware.

I don't like the new Connect app, so I am using the older monitor app on my Android phone. Using this, I occasionally get an 'Unknown Error' message....

@crwsYes, it is recommended to update both firmwares on each battery, so all the batteries are operating on the same firmware are up to date.
