I am installing the Flexboss and Gridboss but hit a snag. There is no tab in the EG4 App or on the Monitor site to change the MID enable so the inverter will not start up the Gridboss during the configure procedure.
The manual states the following:
Select the “Maintenance” tab, and then expand “Application Setting”.
Click “Advanced Settings”, then select “Enable” next to the Midbox Enable setting.
The Midbox enable setting is not there.
Help needed ! Signature Solar Tech Support had no answers or resolution to this issue.
